I have just released a collection of Kunio Matsumoto Jewelry
This is one of the Grand Parures
Kunio was a jewelry designer for Trifari and lived in New York City in the 70s and 80s
Kunio Matsumoto was a Very distinctive modernist jewelry designer.
Kunio Matsumoto, a Japanese architect whose designs were manufactured by Trifari in the 1970's.
Most pieces had the Kunio Matsumoto signature plaque but some did not.
The unsigned fact has been verified by Harrice Simmons Miller, noted jewelry author and collector.
All Pieces in this Parure are Signed.
Kunio Matsumoto Enamel Parure
This is a Rare Set of Kunio Matsumoto
Necklace is composed of Enamel and Plastic beads wearable length of 24 inches, with added 2.75 inch Geometric design pendant.
Bracelet 7.5 inches features alternating Enamel Geometric shapes with fold over clasp
Enamel Brooch 2.5 inches wide with 3 dangles
Enamel earrings are 1 1/8 inches long and 1 inch wide and match the geometric shapes of the necklace and bracelet.
Fabulous set, rarely seen is the matching brooch which is included in this parure.
