Juliana Extremely Rare Early signed Stanger Choker Necklace Verified Delizza and Elster

This is a wonderful recently verified Early Delizza and Elster Juliana Necklace.
Made for Stanger NY see photo of signature cartouche
this choker features Jade high dome cabochons,
circular gold flower motif embellished with Jade color shallow cabochons
flanked by a row of clear rhinestone chain.
This measures only 15 inches and is a true choker.
It looks best worn as a "dog collar" style choker.
Some wear to the hook as shown in photo.
I had this personally verified by Frank DeLizza at the Vintage Fashion and Costume Jewelry Convention.
