These have been referred to as Tiki, African, they look Alien to me.

Ugo Correani has been called one of "Couture Fashion’s Best Kept Secrets".
For several decades, he worked behind the scenes for some of Fashion's
biggest names, including Chanel, Versace, and Christian Lactoix.
This piece is attributed to his collaboration with Gianni Versace
