This is a Trifari Choker Necklace of the 1st order.
These beautiful molded stones are simply stunning.
This style of jewelry is called fruit salad.
This particular necklaces was Marketedunder the name of "Dewdrops"
advertised in Vogue May 1, 1949 and the "Jewelers' Circular Keystone" in May 1949
This necklace sold at $17.50 when it was new according to the advertisement
I have included copies of the original patent filed in December 14, 1948
This piece is also featured on page 125 & 126 in the Brunialti book Tribute to America, Costume Jewelry 1935-1950
I have tried to capture the beauty of this piece but it is difficult.
Beautiful Clear stone "Fruits" accented with clear chatons and Carved glass flowers.
Look carefully at the photos you can see the piece is signed on the reverse side.

This set is in excellent scarcely worn condition.
This is said to be Trifanium, Trifari's famous finish
there is wear to the clasp,
Necklace is just 15 inches long so a true period sized choker
the central element is 4.5 inches long and almost 7/8 inch wide
This is the one of the most desirable designs Trifari ever made and is prized by advanced Trifari collectors.
