- Location: Warwick, RI (The historic epicenter of American jewelry manufacturing)
CORE FOCUS & FORMATEDUCATION FIRST The event features lectures and interactve discussions by internationally known authors, dealers, and jewelry historians.
SPECIALIZED TOPICS Sessions focus on niche historical brands and styles, such as Juliana Jewelry, Christian Dior jewelry, Original by Robert, Dale Joies, Bill Smth for Richelieu, Schreiner, Designer signed vintage costume jewelry, and identifying hallmarks and construction styles.
INTERACTIVE ACTIVITIES Events will include book signings, jewelry trivia, museum visits, and a massive raffle. Two themed dinners where members are encouraged to dress in period and theme costume and showcase their unique style with jewels. Meet and Greet with two Internationally known contemporary jewelry designers.
UNIQUE COMMERCE Instead of a traditional trade show floor, buying and selling, Selling happens through private unique "in-room" shopping, hopping, buying and selling, where attendees only browse and purchase directly from collections displayed in attendees' hotel rooms.
CONTEXT & COMMUNITY
The event is highly community-oriented, incorporating themed dinners and excursions.
